Its a place for us to talk about fun things coming up that you wont want to miss. Some of them are going to be open house days and project planning sessions but we also are going to be posting on there about events coming up that we think are cool. If you have an event you want to get posted email it to us and we will post it on here.

The first event on our radar, that I want to make sure you know about is this Saturday. It’s called the Neighbors fair and it’s in the Washington neighborhood in West Sacramento that we love so much.

We are also going to be holding an open house from 1-6 to give people a chance to see the S units now that they are done. (Well almost…)

I know we don’t have any homes left in the first phase but you can still see get a look at the floor plans. Also we have begun taking contracts on the second phase now so if you are one of those who plans ahead you can get in contract on those homes.  (There are 2 left in that phase.)

Anyway…Just wanted to let you know about the Neighbors Fair on Saturday and make sure you saw our new little toy (the calendar).

Also…  that reminds me. Every year West Sacramento does this really neat event on the waterfront called the Neighbors fair.  It starts with a good old hometown parade and then moves over to the Riverwalk park across from old Sac and there are all sorts of fun things going on. This year we are doing something fun at the event. We are trying to get as many people to walk or ride their bikes instead of driving. So LJ Urban is setting up a free bike check and bike shop. Anyone who rides their bike will get a free tune up and won’t have to worry about locking their bike up. How cool is that?
