Ok I know, we have used the word “Good” to many blog post titles….I am sorry I will try and lay off. Anyway, I wanted to let you know that we have an affordable unit coming available on the Good project that still does not have a buyer. All you need to qualify is a household income of less than 70,000 per year and good credit to qualify of the the loan. The price of the home is lower than the other homes in the neighborhood which is a good thing but it also will be set when you go to sell it to. Basically the price floats with the area median income ratio.

And just so I don’t get flooded with email about this its not a free house and you will still have to get a mortgage. Just wanted to throw that out there so I am not answering questions about this for the next 3 weeks.
