Its weird to me that this is going on and no one seems to be talking about it. I read all my usual news sources today and heard nothing about Tennessee being out of gas..

Makes you stop and think about when it really does happen. I am 27 and one day in my lifetime it’s going to happen for real. And at this rate we are going to be nowhere near ready.

    wow - just surreal

    overall I feel like we’re making good progress in some avenues, but then you see things like this, and the concurrent lack of conservation, public transit, walk-oriented development and the continuing perpetuation of sprawl, and ya gotta wonder…

    and I have to agree w/ you Levi - where ARE the MSM on this one?

    makes me *really* glad that my primary motor vehicle is so easy on the gas (1999 Ducati 748 s ~ 55 mpg)
