whoops, 23rd and K. It might be better suited to restaurant use, but it certainly gets the brain juices going. Adaptive reuse is the real estate version of the part of a child’s imagination that turns paper towel tubes into musical instruments and cardboard boxes into mighty forts.

Check out this link, Urban Outfitters rehabbed a Church in Cincinnatti, OH a few years back, turned out awesome! and Uran Outfitters was initially hoping to locate there Sac store on K Street, before it was later relocated to Arden Fair Mall. Maybe we could get a second store down on 23rd & K church?
