Today my family and got up early and unloaded a good portion of the junk in our garage out on to the front lawn. Jessie walked down to Peet’s, got some wonderful coffee and we sat in our camping chairs and waited for people to come pick through the stuff we have but no longer need. Altogether we made about 100 bucks but that is not the point, the point is we made the first step towards moving over to the Good project.
Our home is one of the ones in the first phase, (one of the perks of being the developer) and it will be ready for us the second week of August. We have three kids and are needing to purge some things to fit because the house is about 700 SQ ft smaller than the one we are at now. I love that feeling!
Starting July 1st we are going to be starting to sell the other homes in the first Phase. Its kind of fun to finally be able to meet the people who will be our neighbors. We were hoping to be able to start selling in June but have been held up a bit with our final map recording.
Anyway, not much exciting in this post just having fun thinking about making our lives smaller and wanted to share that…
Enjoy your Saturday.

Tell me more about when and where the selling process is for the Good project… Is there a sales office? Do you have pricing yet? Are you pre-selling? How many homes in the first Phase?
I guess I should email you all this but I want more information and can’t find it here on the site.

Down sizing was kinda tough for me but fun at the same time. Looking though all the old things, and some of the ones where you remember when you bought it, thinking “yeah I think I used that about 2 times”
Good Luck
