I’ve always wondered why people do that. Im sure there was a plan at one point in time.

I’m sure there was a STAIRWELL at some point. Maybe they just decided “hey, we get one more parking spot if we just kinda sorta forget to build the stairs…”

Makes me wish I had taken a photo before the remodel. That’s the great thing about digital cameras–there’s no longer an excuse not to take pictures of things (or people) that are subject to change over time–and of course their eventual absence.
