Today I received in three separate packages of final signed copies of contracts on three new projects in the urban core of Sacramento. We have been tracking these projects separately for some time it just so happened that they all made it to final contract the same day.

This brings our total houses in the works to 233 spread over 9 projects. A big number for such a crazy little company, but we dream big, so for us it’s sort of like we are just getting started.

I think there is something in the contracts that says we are not allowed to talk about them until we close escrow. But I promise very soon we will announce the sites so you can take a look and bounce some ideas our way.
