    Jason is this in reference to Folsom’s expansion plans south of highway 50? That is a bummer.

    Bad Traffic = More mass transit riders

    Better Freeways = Ease of travel = Sprawl

    Sprawl = Less investment in the urban core = Less draw to Sacramento.

    And if all we offer is good suburbs than why move here? Its like competing to provide ice to Alaska, they just don’t need any more of it.
