In case you missed it amidst the posts below, our public hearing for our Newton Booth project in the NorthEast corner of Midtown is tomorrow night.
If you’re interested in knowing more about the project or showing some eco-urban support, the hearing will be at the Historic City Hall, 2nd Floor at 7pm
Here’s a Bit of Basic Information:
32 attached units in 3 buildings on .67 acres
Range of Unit sizes: 490 sq. ft studios to 1651 sq. ft. townhouses
Range of Bedrooms: 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units
3 and 4 story townhouses (a first in Sacramento!)
Architect: David Mogavero of Mogavero Notestine and Associates
We’re doing some cool green stuff on this project that we’ll be talking about more in the upcoming months. We’re really working to reduce the energy consumption of the building through passive solar design and photo-voltaic panels among several other elements…
After the public hearing, we’ll be updating the project hearing on our website with more information and the most recent drawings and floor plans will be loaded into our gallery.
