You’ve worked here for a week now. How would you describe it?
Any memorable moments?
Creative out of the box…watching Levi figure out the coffee machine…too funny.
What gets you excited about creating eco-urban community? Why is this personally important to you?
My son loves to hug both of us at the same time..he calls it a group hug…being part of eco-urban community makes me feel we are on the path to a community hug…living in harmony with nature and one another.
Anything in your personal life that you are doing (or working on) to try and make the world a better place?
Being more aware of how the little things I do now have a greater effect in the long run…recycle more, reuse as much as possible…drive as little as possible.
What brought you to Sacramento?
I have lived here almost all my life.
Do you have a favorite spot in the urban core?
I love community gardens! I love to see people working hard! Getting dirty.
You’ve got family. We love families. Tell us about them.
My creative, funny, smart little man Elijah and my brilliant, crazy, passionate husband, Brandon.
Which of our core values do you have the strongest connection with. Why?
I love to see people working in their strengths…love the creative freedom. I love working with passionate people.
Anything funny happen this week?
My son reciting the presidents…he said james Madison was really short…but very smart…that means that when you forget something, you remember it right away.
Who inspires you? Why?
Those who sacrifice to support others. Those with great empathy!
What drives you crazy? Why?
People not willing to walk in others’ shoes. People who don’t want to know about the rest of the world…and Styrofoam (don’t ask).
Jason
